Terms & Conditions

Ø    Advance Booking Fee:-

o    30 or more days before departure:                 50 % of the total amount

o    Less than 15 days before departure:              100 % of the total amount

Ø    Cancellation Policy:- ( If you cancel your Trip)

You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable charges are as per the published cancellation policy below : –

Ø    Cancellation charges per person:-

o    From the booking date till 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the package cost

o    From 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the package costs

o    24 hours to 3 days prior to departure:        75% of the package costs

o    Less than 24 hours prior to departure:        100% of the package costs

Ø    Term and Conditions:-

o    Per person rates (Rs) – applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room

o    Goods and Service tax extra as applicable

o    Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only (not at disposal)

o    The package does not include guide services; same can be availed at an additional cost

o    Entrance charges anywhere are not included

o    Package rates are subject to change without prior notice

o    Meal plan: EP – Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch &dinner

o    The package cannot be combined with any other offer

o    Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel’s cancellation policy

o    The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends

o    Speed Dial reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice

o    In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
